West Chester, Ohio – August 16, 2021 – E Technologies Group, one of the largest industrial automation firms in the United States, announced today that Jeff Allen has been promoted to Business Manager of its Metals Industry business unit.
In his new role, Allen will oversee all aspects of the Metals business unit out of Portage, Indiana, including engineering, project management and sales. Allen previously served as an application engineer with Glenmount Global an E Technologies Company, and most recently as Business Development Manager for the Metals business unit. Allen, an Electrical Engineer, began his career in steel mills. He previously served in supervisory and management roles in maintenance with ArcelorMittal and US Steel.

With his dual experience as a client working in a steel mill, as well as an engineer, project manager and business development manager supporting our steel industry clients he has the ideal background to run our metals center of excellence.
