Rapid Prototyping Accelerator
For customers that have extremely fast-paced project delivery needs and limited internal resources for developing or reviewing typical engineering definition documents, we have developed a unique project methodology. We have streamlined the definition process and are able to produce a rapid prototype that can be used with our customer to quickly define the project, and ultimately lead to less re-work at the customer acceptance stage providing a faster and smoother start up.
PMI Certified Project Managers
To truly provide system integration, tight project management with proven methodologies and procedures must be followed. Our project management process utilizes the global standard of PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) methodologies. Using this widely recognized methodology allows our customers to be fully engaged during the project, and not trying to learn a “one off” project management process of a different company.
‘Zero Defect’ Delivery Methodology
We have developed a proven project approach consistently delivering “Zero Defect” Tier 3 & 4 Data Center control and monitoring system projects with large, fast track, complex, critical facility implementations. This means at the end of the SAT (Site Acceptance Test), there is no “punch list” of items to be addressed or corrected. The project is 100% complete at the end of the test.
Interactive Customer Feedback During The Project
Instead of just being like everyone else and saying we have happy customers and do the best job, we measure it. We have implemented a customer feedback system that starts at the proposal phase of the project and lives throughout the life of the project. After all, what difference does it make to ask a customer “how did we do?” after the project is complete? We use a tool to keep an interactive pulse on customer satisfaction throughout the life of the project so we can make adjustments, corrections, and improvements during the project to ensure the best solution is delivered for each project.
